I am the owner of the 2003 Pontiac Vibe that visited your place when we were passing through St. Louis on our way from Michigan to Colorado. I never did experience any more problems with the brakes for the remainder of the trip. It must have been a providential fluke that brought us to meet and appreciate your friendly service! If I were closer, I'm sure that I would frequent your shop and recommend you to others :)

Lori and her team did a great job for me on the Integra. Super service, and great preventive service by pointing out a belt needing replaced to insure safety. All work was done in a timely period and worked out getting to have a loaner for a few hours.

Mike, yesterday while driving down 270 near Manchester my 2004 Camry experienced something that has never happened in all my years of driving. The battery light came on, the check engine light came on, the AC went off, the power steering went off etc, so since I was only a couple of miles from home I went there.
I called Lori about 12:30 and she said not to drive it, get it towed in and she would have a loaner waiting for me. The tow truck, Camry, and I arrived at your Watson location around two and I met Angie who was right on top of the situation and gave me a loaner and said she would be back in touch after an evaluation. She called about an hour later and told me the problem, solution, and cost. I gave her approval to proceed, and told her there was no time issue and if they had it done the next day would be okay. She called me at 5:01 p.m. to tell me it was done and I could pick up now or next day. Since it was rush hour I said I would pick it up on Thurday which I did.
Mike your people were outstanding and I just wanted to relay that message to you. You now have a new customer and I will never hesitate to tell folks about Master Auto Repair. Thanks again.

Scott, General Manager, came immediately to my home on Friday Oct 12, 2012, to jump start my car when I reported that the battery wouldn't turn over. He discovered why, explained the problem and solution, and gave clear instructions on how to keep the battery recharged after he left.
We made an appointment for Monday Oct 15 to check my headlights, which no longer worked.
He diagnosed the problem, repaired the electrical, replaced the bulbs, and gave me a warranty on the work.
Pam, who works with Scott, provided friendly, efficient, and professional service.
The shop is clean and cheerful.

We have been coming to your shop for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed. We would like to let you and your staff know what an awesome job you do! You go above and beyond what is expected, you try to accommodate however you can whether it's a ride home, taking company car home while ours is being repaired, and the latest is the Emergency Roadside Assistance you offer. We are happy to say we used the insurance and it was a blessing. I got a flat tire on May 5, 2012 and it was 90 degrees out and my husband was not home. I called the roadside assistance number and they had someone here immediately. They put the spare on and I was back on the road within the hour. I received the reimbursement check in the mail within a week. Thank you for all you do, words cannot express how grateful we are that you have such an honest, accommodating, friendly and skilled shop. Thank you!
Ed, we had some problems with our car last Wednesday, August 22. We had a doctor’s appointment in Bridgeton, MO. On the way over to the hospital, the lights started to flicker and cut on & off. The car shut off completely at the hospital. However, when we came out it started, but the electric was not working.
I called John at your shop and informed him of the situation. On the way back to Illinois, the car cut out and died after we crossed the Chain of Rocks Bridge and would not restart. I again called John and made arrangements for a tow.
You have a good employee in John. He handled the situation in a very professional way with a positive attitude. You replaced the alternator, which was under warranty.
Again, I want to thank your shop and especially John for a job well done.

"You really have re-defined the word 'service' for me. I was preparing my family for a holiday trip. I had my Chevy Suburban serviced at your Webster Groves location. I picked the vehicle up and as luck would have it, the check engine light lit up when I returned home. It was already past 7pm and with our trip in the morning, I wasn't sure what to do.
