Master Auto Repair launches, “Like Us” Facebook campaign asking customers to 'Like' the video commercial of their local Master Auto Repair store. In each video location managers speak to how their shop offers knowledge, experience, and unparalleled commitment to customer service.
“We are having a contest for our four shops. All the employees of the shop with the most "likes" to their video as of May 31st will win a gift card to Applebee's. Please Like and Share with your friends. Thank you for your support.”
The campaign gives customers an inside look into the companies' goals and culture. Each store location manager gives a candid intimate take on what they feel their store has to offer would be customers and their personal mission statement about how Master Auto Repair has maintained a no pressure corporate culture.“..We like to make the repairs about your needs wants and desires for the vehicle. “ says Collinsville Manager, Ed Starns. “We don't pressure you to fix your car, you gotta have this, you gotta have that, we're not like that.”
