I was traveling back from St. Louis when my battery light came on. I was concerned I would not make it back to Vandalia with my disabled daughter in the car. They checked my battery and alternator, and assured me I would make it home safely. I really appreciated their time and kindness.

I moved to Collinsville in May of 2022, I have had work done by them a couple times most recently a brake issue, I had some noise in my wheels a month or so after the work was done, they corrected it no charge, definitely my Mechanic as long as I reside in Collinsville! Great people with great integrity!👍

Master Auto came through for me again. This is the only place my family and I will use for auto repairs and tire service. They are very professional and friendly and most of all, provide excellent auto and tire service. I like to support local businesses and Master Auto is the best.

This company is the best! I've taken both my cars here several times and received nothing but efficient and honest service! There are no gotcha's with these folks. If they can do the repair they say so. When they repair something and later there's a problem they they stand by their work and make it right... free of charge! They stand by their warranty!

Shawn, Diana & the rest of the crew at this location are AMAZING. They will even give you a free loaner car to drive while your car is being repaired. All you have to do is refill the gas you've used. Besides doing great work, on every visit, I found them to be honest, trustworthy, and genuine. Love this place.
